Q: Is the festival free?

A:
YES! The event is 100% free, no RSVP or ticket purchase required. There will be a market on-site brought you by Frida Friday ATX & food options from Redfin Mobile (Cajun), El Buen Sazón Tacos Al Pastor (tacos), Gelu Austin (gelato), Mom & Pops (popsicles), Eve Lupita (Tamales), and La Sirena (elotes).

Q: Is the festival kid friendly?

YES! There will be several activities for young ones such as face painting, sugar skull making, & altar activities from 4pm-8pm.

Q: What IS allowed inside the festival?

A:

Q: Is there parking at the MACC? How do I get to the festival?

A:
Parking at the MACC (600 River Street, Austin, Texas 78701) is reserved for ADA parking ONLY. We encourage people to park in the Holly neighborhood and take our FREE shuttle bus that will pick you up at Sanchez Elementary School (73 San Marcos Street, Austin, Texas 78702). Shuttle services will run throughout the festival (3pm-10pm) and can take you to and from the MACC. If you'd like to walk the MACC is a 5-10 minute walk from the Holly neighborhood!

Q: How will I know where the shuttle bus is picking/dropping off?

There will be signage posted designating where the shuttle bus will be picking up from on the corner of Spence & Waller.
